MUNBOLDT 2026 is the inaugural international Model United Nations conference hosted by the Colegio Humboldt Puebla.

Designed to bring together students from diverse academic backgrounds, the conference offers a rigorous diplomatic simulation in which delegates debate global challenges, negotiate solutions, and experience the complexities of international governance.

Through structured debate, multilateral negotiation, and academic collaboration, participants will confront pressing issues ranging from emerging technologies and human rights to international security and global health.

MUNBOLDT seeks not only to simulate diplomacy—but to cultivate it.

MUNBOLDT was founded with the objective of creating a platform where young leaders engage with the most urgent issues shaping the international community.

In an increasingly interconnected world, diplomacy, dialogue, and cooperation are essential tools for addressing global challenges. MUNBOLDT seeks to empower students to develop these skills through intellectual debate and collaborative problem-solving.

The conference is built upon three core principles:

  • Academic rigor
  • International perspective
  • Constructive diplomacy

Over three days, delegates will participate in a comprehensive simulation of international institutions, including United Nations bodies, historical tribunals, and legislative assemblies.

Participants will represent states, policymakers, and historical figures as they debate complex geopolitical, ethical, and economic questions.

Message from the Secretary-General

Dear Delegates, Advisors, and Distinguished Guests,

It is my great honor to welcome you to MUNBOLDT 2026, the inaugural Model United Nations conference hosted by the Colegio Humboldt Puebla.

At a time when the world faces profound challenges—ranging from technological transformation and geopolitical tensions to humanitarian crises and environmental change—the need for dialogue, cooperation, and responsible leadership has never been greater. Model United Nations offers a unique opportunity for students to step into the role of diplomats, policymakers, and global citizens committed to addressing these issues through reasoned debate and constructive diplomacy.

MUNBOLDT was founded on the belief that meaningful dialogue can transcend borders, cultures, and ideologies. Guided by our theme, “Building Bridges, Not Walls,” this conference seeks to create a space where diverse perspectives are welcomed, intellectual curiosity is encouraged, and collaboration becomes the foundation for innovative solutions.

Throughout this conference, delegates will engage in rigorous discussions across a wide range of committees addressing pressing international issues—from emerging technologies and human rights to global health and international security. Yet beyond the debates and resolutions, MUNBOLDT aims to cultivate something more enduring: the capacity to listen, to understand, and to lead responsibly in an interconnected world.

On behalf of the Secretariat, I extend my sincere gratitude to our advisors, chairs, volunteers, and participating schools whose dedication has made this conference possible. Your commitment reflects the spirit of cooperation that defines both diplomacy and education.

I encourage each of you to approach this conference with ambition, integrity, and an open mind. May MUNBOLDT serve not only as a forum for debate, but as a place where ideas are exchanged, friendships are formed, and future leaders take their first steps in shaping a more cooperative world.

I look forward to welcoming you to Puebla.

    Sincerely,

    Evelin Mohnhaupt Quintana

    Secretary-General
